I just found this reading through the Amazon Web Services license:

Looking at the thing Chris quoted, it sounds like when you rent a place the landlord is supposed to leave you in peace if you aren't causing problems.
I can imagine the analog here -- if you are paying the fees, using the service in a reasonable way, Amazon shouldn't go making trouble for you. But it seems really weird.
